We are pleased to announce that Data Dissect has been acquired by Neo Data Pty Ltd, effective 13 March 2026. This marks the beginning of an important new chapter for our platform, our team, and the clinical research community we serve.
Continuity of service
For all existing registry partners, there is no disruption to your platform, your data, or your day-to-day contacts. All current agreements, integrations, and service commitments remain in full effect and we will be in touch shortly. Data Dissect is Australia's modern clinical quality registry platform. We make it dramatically easier to capture, structure, and use the rich data that already surrounds every patient encounter. Today, over 95% of the clinical data generated during patient encounters is lost — trapped in unstructured notes, fragmented across disconnected systems, or never captured at all. Data Dissect exists to change that.

Leadership: Valerie Maguire, Peter Drum and Dr Sanjeev Khurana remain in the leadership team and Directors with Denis Maguire joining as COO, and Nilakshi Soni (ex-Oracle R&D) as Head of Engineering, alongside a board with deep clinical, technical, and strategic expertise.
Product: Our roadmap includes AI-powered data capture and natural language registry configuration — removing technical barriers so that any researcher can set up and manage a registry, not just those with engineering support.
Market: We are focused on Australia's 32,000+ medical researchers and the clinical institutions that rely on high-quality evidence to improve patient outcomes.
